Adoring fur parents know their canine pals love playing games with them. Even if dogs end up playing classic games with their fur parents, they don’t care as long as they have fun with them.
Thus, it’s not odd for a Golden Retriever to eagerly play a game of fetch with its fur parents. But, the pooch has other tricks up its sleeve as it mischievously showers its fur parent with cold seawater.

In this entertaining video, a brown-furred Golden Retriever named Oliver energetically runs on the sandy shore. By the looks of it, Oliver’s fur parent took the dog for a short afternoon adventure in its favorite place.
Just like any adventure-loving pooch, Oliver excitedly runs around the area. However, the Golden Retriever wants to do something more fun with its fur dad as it enthusiastically brings a wooden stick to him.
Understanding Oliver’s intentions, Dad immediately accepts the wooden stick and throws it in the nearby seawater. Ever the eager pooch, Oliver quickly wades into the shallows to fetch its toy.

As the video progresses, Dad and Oliver continued with their fun game of fetch beneath the afternoon sun. Though Oliver needed to run back and forth from the beach, it seems he doesn’t care at all as he’s enjoying their activity.
But, Oliver thought of something naughty to spice things up. After fetching the wooden stick from the water, the playful Goldie decided to go towards its fur mom.
Without any warning, Oliver vigorously shakes his body near Mom to rid himself of the excess water. Mom then turns her back from the pooch to shield herself from the water droplets. After this, Oliver then runs energetically towards Dad to give him the wooden stick.
